Your link is a fairly accurate representation, difference is
about 3% but could be more for an overclocker, if the lower-CAS
memory allows higher memory bus speed (including use of a
manuallly-set-higher CAS timing to achieve that higher memory bus
speed). Keep in mind that it also depends on the application,
some things are quite memory-bound and others aren't. Typically
gaming is better if (given a certain budget) the extra $ is spent
on the video card or CPU, and everyday use benefitting more from
faster hard drive or larger amount of memory (up to a point).
