None of MIS's black cartridges worked for me and friends.(5 total)
I attempted to go through the forum after no response from emails.
Here is how it went:
http://www.inksupply.com/forum/vie [...] sc&start=0

I am now using PrintPal compatibles for black only and Epson for color.

I can say that their bulk ink, if you want to refill, is great. Just
ordered more from them the other day for my i960. Can't tell the
difference from the Canon ink.
