Dvd/cd rom drives

my dvd cd drive wont work ive tried many different things including windows sys config, uninstalling and reboot, other little odds and ends. when i try to open any one of my three dvd/cd rom drives, it says:
Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)
HELP PLEASE

Sounds like a reinstallation of the chipset drivers may be in order. May try this before using the system driver installation CD or a search of the online product page for the latest chipset driver installation software. Optical driver use the SATA driver or IDE driver depending on the unit's interface.

That message is not an error, but a warning, do you click cancel and not install the drivers? Or does nothing else come up to allow you to install the drivers after the message?
