Hi all,
At the best of times I detest bloatware such as the software which comes
with printers such as my PSC2510 from HP.
I'm having a small problem which I hope someone can help with or at least
point in the direction of something/someone that can help.
The problem is that on every bootup, the software which came with the
printer decides to reinstall itself. Not a complete reinstall, just a
dialogue which says it's 96% through installation and will take a few mins
to complete set up.
Anyone seen this before and got any suggestions? The printer is connected
via wifi and we get the same occurence on 2 pcs which are running the
software side by side.

I have seen this with other software, installer registry entry not removed
after install. Best practice is to remove and reinstall, if not you have to
hunt it down. I found it thru a persistant startup error msg that gave me
part of the reg entry value and then I searched for it.
