hi

has anyone successfully migrated from 32-bit cpu to athlon 64 without
completely reinstalling the software in win2k or winxp? i understand the
32-bit and 64-bit cpu's have different architectures, and i'm not sure how
this would affect the software?

thanks much

We are a dealer and would also like to know. We usually have good
luck upgrading motherboards for customers and doing a repair
installation of Windows XP. However, it has NOT worked for the
any Athlon 64 motherboards yet and we have tried a couple. We
don't know if it's because of SP2, etc.
