Try clearing the motherboard CMOS via jumper with AC power
disconnected, and take 5VSB voltage readings with a
multimeter. If your motherboard is jumpered to use 5VSB for
keyboard or USB, try rejumpering to "5V". Check continuity
on the keyboard fuse (if one exists).

Turn on USB in the bios and try a USB keyboard.
