usb help

ok, how can I connect this internaly, I am going to mount this is a drive
bay. I dont want to give up a usb header on the mobo.(note the connector in
the photo) I have a usb pci 2.0 card that has a internal connector that i
can add to the case ,

can I use a short female to female usb cable to do this inside the case?

No. That card has a standard A-type USB connector.
But what are you trying to connect to it?? The connector on the card is
usually used for front-panel/3,5"-drive-bay USB connectors
