I'm looking for a case that has:

Power button in Front but at top;
USB 2.0 in front at top/midle;
1 80 mm fan left side over the cpu;
1 120 mm back fan;
No fan at top;
No door;
All in metal (back left rigth top sides);
PSU ~400W;
Easy to mount drives system;
keys to lock the left panel;

Measures
458x207x478(DxWxH)

And good quality

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a nice box if you can find it. Here's one for Newegg close but
no cigar

This one _might_ fit your requirements except for the 80mm fan which
should be unneeded as long as all the rest of the thermal design is
sufficient (those little fans tend to be real noisemakers).

I actually have this case for my P4 3.2g gamer. A nice case, and you
pick your own pwr supply (I got mine w/o pwr supply). The two 120's are
great for airflow, and it has a couple spare temp sensors for the front
panel temp display. Very lightweight too. No problems with this case so
far after 7 months.
