I just install a new PX-716A into my computer replacing my Plextor
Combo CD/RW drive. What I would like to know, would there be any
problems if I installed both drives off of the same EIDE line, DVD/rw
as Master and CD/rw as Slave?

I doubt it. Sometimes though a CD-ROM drive does not like to be designated a
master or slave and jumpers need to be switched, but usually I've not found
a problem, myself.

Should be no problem. I have a dvd burner and a cd burner in my
system. Both work just fine.
