i just got new hardware: Asus P5GDI motherboard, P4 3,0 ghz 530J, 2 x 512mb
kinston DDR400 memory, MSI Geforce 6600 256mb videocard. My problem is
when i turn on the computer, nothing happens, not even one beep or
something on the screen... NOTHING! but the CPU fan, the Geforce fan and
power supply fan work well. every lights and fans are working... but no
sound, nothing on the screen... However, CD-ROM driver open when i push
the buttons, floppy seems to be working... but the POST or BIOS don't
boot!

What's my problem you think? CPU not installed properly??? old version of
BIOS? memory problems?
