If you are planning the use the RevoDrive as the boot device (and I assume you are), you simply install Win 7 to that "drive" when you go through the installation process.
If you have a current install on a HDD and want to move the install to the RevoDrive, that is another process, however, you would be better off doing a clean install as indicated above, with the HDD disconnected during the install, and then retrieve your files afterward to use the HDD as a data/apps disk with the SSD as the primary.
