ATI Radeon 9700 Pro AIW Power Req?

ATI recommends a 300W power supply for the ATI Radeon 9700 Pro AIW, but
I am wondering if that is valid in newer systems. Can an Antec 350W PSU
(SL350) handle the Radeon with these components? Athlon 64 3000+ CPU
1 GB (2x512MB) RAM
ATA-100 HD
16x DVD Recorder
16x DVD-ROM

Marginal.
It'll probably work but you're better off with higher
capacity, particularly for the ability to upgrade later and
long-term (lifespan).
