Gretings to all,

Just updated to MAME32 V0.99. I'm using an NVidia 5200 with 128Mb VRAM. Card
has all three outputs: Analog VGA, S-VHS and DVI.

Output to Samsung VS-55 is on VGA at 800X600, 32bit color, set as primary
display..
Output to APEX 2011J NTSC TV is on S-VHS at 720X480, 32bit color, secondary
display.

Under MAME32 V0.96 I could output to the APEX TV regardless if I was using
Direct3D or DirectDraw. Now, under 0.99 the output to the TV only works when
direct3D is completley off and DirectDraw is switchen on. What's going on
here??
