Fusing-area probably is the cause of the Problem.
I don“t know much about the Tektronix, but is there a
fuser oil roller build into the fusing? Maybe this is damaged.
Take out the fusing and have a look on the rollers, is there any kind of
dirt (old toner)?

Are you transparencies proper colour laser ones? It might be worth
trying some proper (and doubtless more expensive) Xerox transparencies.

Thank's for the replyes. There is another problem also that did not show up
on the scans. the colors are unaligned in the paper movment direction.
