All of the "translucent" keyboards I see advertised for PCs are made of some kind of cheap-looking semi-translucent plastic. Are there any PC keyboards made that look as clean and as clear as an Apple Pro keyboard?

No, but the Apple one is USB, and you can use it. I'm not sure the differences between the buttons, but if I remember correctly it's not major.
