Can I install OpenAL32 dll in Windows 7

I belive its grid i got so far in to the Fin Game then i tried to load it up and it said openal32.dll is not found you have to reinstall and theres no way in hell im reinstalling after all da work i did som1 help PLEASE!!!!!
