Hi-DPI LCD monitors?

I'm spoiled by the LCD display on my laptop (Toshiba
Tecra with the special 1440x1050 15" display).
Measuring the DPI, I come up with 120dpi or so which
looks very crips with large fonts and ClearType. The
next model up that I'm drooling about is 1600x1200 15"
and should have a DPI of around 142.

The problem is that I can't find any high-res desktop
LCD monitors. Seems like all of the LCD monitors are
stuck in 96 DPI land (15"=1024x768, 17"=1280x1024, 19"=
1280x1024).

Anyone know of a maker that makes 1600x1200 LCD screens
in a 15" or 17" package?
