I just built thic PC with a biostar M7NCD pro MB. The sound is integrated
and it clicks and pops. When I loaded the drivers a problem arose with a
portion them and XP told me not load them all. I know Realtek had funny
drivers for XP, but I am wondering if anyone came acrss this problem before
and know what to do. Hopefully you can save me some playing around to get
this to work properly.

Hi,

I'm running on an M7NCD pro mb with an Athlon XP 2500 Barton. I used all
the drivers from the CD, installing the onboard lan as well as the audio,
and have not had this audio problem. It's been running since January
without complaint. When I read your story I went to Newegg to read other
folks' experiences with this board. Of about 20 reviews I read one person
complained of intermittent sound, but practically all of the writers
experienced a good time with this board and no problems installing the
drivers.
I would suggest that there's a problem on the board and it should be
exchanged for another.
