Laptop wifi connected but no internet

i've a unsecured neighbor's network & my MSI laptop detects the network with full signal & it shows connected with a yellow exclamatory mark in a triangle, but i'm unable to access the internet. the ip address 192.168.1.1 is pinging properly. Do you understand that it is a criminal offence to use someone else's network without their permission?

it might be secured. Just cause you connect to it doesn't mean you can use it.

it may due to some dns settings..
