Has Anyone Dealt With This Company Before?

I ordered something from these people http://pc-x-treme.net/ 2 weeks ago
and as of yet I've received nothing. I've emailed them twice and have had no
response either. When I check the order information page on their website it
says that my order is at the "Processing" stage, whatever that means! But it
has said the same thing for the past 2 weeks so I guess that doesn't mean
much. I'm a bit concerned now. If anyone has had any experience with these
people before I would like to hear from you.

Cheers.

If you charged it, I'd be reversing the charges.... 2 weeks is absurd and
there is -no- excuse for a web based bussiness to ignore e-mails..

Isn't it kinda silly to start checking them out _after_ placing the order? ;)
