i m using a 4port router, the brand is Level ONE a german company
i followed the manual, set auto obtain ip and DNS infomation, input my account and passwd in the router pppoe config as i m using pppoe boardband,

however it cannot connect with the modem
both the led of modem and router are correct
am i missed sth?

try repowering the modem.

i called the distributor, they said the signal of the router is too weak, so i have to add a hub between the router and modem, so ridicules, however, it works fine now.
