New to PocketPC

Hi All,

A friend has a compaq ipaq that the battery died and they
lost all their contacts. They used the pda as a
standalone device and never synced it with their pc.

I created an address book with outlook express 6 and
would like to load that into their pda.

How do I go about doing this?
