WANTED 1GB dimms

A friend of mine bought the I-ram but didn't realize it came without RAM. He can't afford to spend more on the setup so he wants to sell the card to me for $50. Now if i can find 4 1GB Dimms for cheap....i would buy it from him. I dont need it and honestly i know it will just be wasted.....but its something fun to mess around with for a while. I will resell it on ebay after like 6months with the ram for about what i want to pay.

I am looking for old 1GB sticks of DDR RAM. I know some of you have stuff laying around from old builds and in old machines....maybe a HTPC or something. I have 2 512MB dimms of DDR400 RAM to trade someone for and old 1GB dimm DDR200

But honestly i am looking to do this VERY cheaply.....I dont want to spend What i can find from newegg or Mwave or Monarch


I am looking to stay at $100 for the RAM, maybe creep up to 150 if i have to. (shipping not included in the $100)
