Just bought a new Antec P160 case and moved my componets into it. The
system will not boot. As soon as I connect power cord, the system fans
spin up and the cpu fan spins up even before I touch the power button.

I would guess you either have a short somewhere under the mobo, from one of
the standoffs (take the board out and check) or you have the case leads
plugged in to the mobo wrong.
