Lock device synced with computer

Hi
I am using an iPAQ Pocket PC in my daily work. It is
always in sync with my desktop PC/Outlook when I am at my
office.

I am concerned about a security problem/issue. The mobil
device is not automatically locked as the computer does
after x minutes. I know that there exist a locking
function. But I think it is to primitive.

I would like to have a locking function that is in sync
with computer like this:

When the device is in the cradle; The device is locked
when the computer is locked.

When the device is not in the cradle; The device is locked
after x minutes.

Password; same as in the computer. When password is
changed for the computer, the password is changed in the
device during the next sync.

Does anyone know if there exist such a program or similar?
