Try the following from www.mwave.com I think you'll like it. AOpen is
probably the most under-rated brand of motherboard there is, and the
following model is absolutely LOADED. I think this is the best you can do
in your price range. A low-end Athlon64 is just out of your price range, so
build AMD XP with a high-end-ish mainboard. -Dave
