Windows 2000 and ICS

Hi. I've tried to set up ICS on windows 2000 loads of times and just failed. Both the computers are connected together, using cross over cable, and are talking fine and file sharing fine. I just CAN'T get ICS to work! I'm running on a dialup connection and i'm really stuck. Can any one help?

When you setup ICS what do you get when you run ipconfig from a dos prompt after?

You should have 192.168.0.1 for the ICS machine and 192.168.0.xxx for the other. Both with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0
