Hi,
hadn´t been using my printer Canon S400 for awhile so my ink
cartridges had apparently dried out when I tried to print the other
day. I looked up some information on the internet that told me to put
the cartridges in a buck of water. So I did, and woala, the cartridges
seemed to work just fine, EXCEPT for the black one. I thought, "this
one will never work", so I went to the store and bought me a new black
cartridge. I installed it, and tried to print, but it refused to work.

I have let the printer make some deep cleaning several times, but the
black ink cartridge won't work!
PLEEEAAASE, help me, what is to be done?

Thanks.

Sound's like some ink has dried up inside the printer. Try running a black
windex filled cartridge in the printer to push the clog out.
