Hi all, anybody knows how to clone a 4.6G pata hard drive to a new 80GB sata
hard drive? I've tried with norton ghost to clone the old drive to the new,
however when windows Xp goes to boot with the new cloned 80G, i get a blue
screen right after the windows Xp logo. I was able to to the same on an
other system with a 80G sata to 160G sata without a problem but the older
4.6G is causing problems. anybody know what to do? All the necessary drives
for the sata were installed. I would like to avoid to reinstall windows all
over again.
thanks

Boot from the XP CD, and use the "repair" installation. Have the SATA
drivers available on floppy.
