This pc doesnot work properly why??

my pc is windows 7 when i starts up then within secon it goes to close the windows and say cant run now why ??what is the free solution?? i ve the Norton performence internet security 360
[new edition 2011].can you solve my problem.

When did this start, always happened, after something got updated, removed, etc..? is the computer Win 7 compatable or just some old one you installed Win 7 on? Does it get to the Windows loading screen and then crashes or can't even get that far? Have you tried SafeMode, that work?
