Hi there, I got this abv problem when I bought this linksys usb network
adaptor (wireless g) for my desktop. My Win XP will always reboot itself
unless I unplug the usb network adaptor from my desktop.
The system also happened to restart whenever I plug in my ethenet cable. I
sure there's a way to stop my PC from rebooting whenever it detects a new
hardware connection. Please help

it shouldn't do that. does it reboot if you plug in something non-network
like a usb printer or memory stick? check the event log for errors, you may
have some kind of error in the network stack.
