Brand New. cbwe0607 OEM chip, comes with 3 year warranty through Monarch computers. 2.6Ghz+ is no problem. My MB won't go past 293FSB, So I am unable to test it further.

I wouldnt really call a chip new that has already ran in a motherboard and also been overclocked (voiding warranty technically)
