I can't get my S820 to print on banner paper: it forces the output to the
equivalent of A4 or Letter even after I have set 'Custom paper Size', and
misses out either the left ot right ends of the print (depending which way I
have set Landscape).

The manual reads I have to set to Banner Printing before designing the doc.,
but there is no Banner print setting in the Page Setup dialog!
Using iMac OSX 10.2 and Canon software v.1.0
