canon bc-02 cleaning

I have been cleaning my bc-02 cartridge which now conatins some ink,
windolene, and distilled water.

I am getting much better printing, but still a little fading in
places.

I am getting gray priting because of the dilution effects. the
cartridge is full, so how can I somehow enrich the ink to get black
printing.
