What is RSS?

Is Mozilla a browser?

Is Firefox a different browser or part of Mozilla?

Thanks for replies.

What is RSS?
Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is a lightweight XML format designed for
sharing headlines and other Web content.

Firefox is a later version of Mozilla, and both are web browsers.

Firefox is the browser portion of Mozilla as a stand alone
application. It is almost identical to Mozilla. Requires less space
on the hard drive - less time to download and you can use a different
mail reader.

Thunderbird is the stand-alone mail/news reader.

Mozilla is the browser and mail and newsreader bundled together (like
Netscape Communicator)

Firefox is Mozilla's standalone browser
Thunderbird is Mozilla's standalone Mail/News proggie

Both are mostly separate developments, apart from the suite.

They are different (even though they're much more similar to each other
than they are to IE or Opera)
