Lexmark z42 printer is not powering on

Hi,

I have a problem with a Lexmark Z42 printer. It just stopled powering
on. The power supply is plugged in properly and the power supply is
still warm when plugged in. I tried switching power outlets to see if
that would do anything but still no power. How can I determine if the
power supply needs replacing or if the printer is just dead.
