Is there any way to get XP to pop up the user credentials page when a user
fails to login to WPA on the wireless network? Currently a little bubble
apears in the bottom right corner. Users have a tough time noticing this. It
would be better if the credentials just poped up.

Do you mean the pop-up for EAP/PEAP credentials or for an invalid
WPA-Personal passphrase?
