error creating startup disk

in windows me, i've been trying to create a startup disk and i receive the
following error
the following error occurred "The file was not found"(error #2)
Set up could not finish opening a file on the source disk.
Source file C:\Program Files\CommonFiles\AOL\ACS\aspi2dos.sys
Destination file C:\WINEBDO.400\EBD\aspi2dis,sts=BASE2.CAB

I tried your suggestion and it worked! Thank you so much, it was driving me
crazy and I couldn't find an answer anywhere. Thank you again.
