Is there a site that I can download a recovery disk for a Toshiba satellite L505-LS5006 running window 7?

Vendors don't make recovery disks available for download. You can make a disk probably with a utility provided on the system (may or may not have that on your computer), or through a recovery option when you first boot the PC. You can also order disks from Toshiba if you contact their support.
