this printer prints fine, the ink is full and the test pages look
great. but whenever i print my email or any other document through IE,
the print lines(only the black ink lines not the color ink lines)
overlap each other so you cannot read anything. the lines all overlap
each other! its like the printer is not pulling the paper through fast
enough for each line to print out on its own line.

any ideas???

thank you,

markus.

It sounds more like an IE problem Can you try another browser like Firefox or
Opera?
