Intel LAN adapter loses connection after waking up windows 7

I keep losing LAN connection within 1 minute after my computer wakes from sleep mode. I cannot ping the router, the DSL modem and anything outside.
Windows "repair connection" tool fixes the problem until the next time I put computer to sleep.

I have Windows 7 32 bit, integrated Intel LAN card. Can't blame McAfee because when I uninstalled it and replaced with Microsoft Essentials this behavior didn't change

Any advise?

humm, I'm not too sure, but check in your BIOS and see if there is a setting about "wake-up on LAN or something like that. You can probably check in your Event Viewer to see if something conflicts. Good luck!
