sending email from web page

I use Outlook express for email service and my husband
uses netscape for his newsgroups. when I am reading an
article on the internet (IE), and want to email that
article to someone, I click the "email to friend"
selection and the Nescape email box come up instead of my
outlook express. How can I change this.

Outlook Express needs to be the default mail handler. In IE, go to
Tools | Internet Options Programs tab. From the drop down menu, select
OE as your E-mail program. If that doesn't work, in OE go to Tools |
Options | General tab. In the Default Messaging Programs group, click
Make Default for the Mail handler option. It may be beneficial to
discuss this with your husband before proceeding.

Review the WinME Help & Support information for "Setting up your computer
for multiple users" so each of you can use your preferred browser.
"User Profiles" or "Users" in Control Panel ...
