tried to install HP PSC 2355 (ALL IN ONE) Printer, received error message:
HPGZGLU10 has caused an error in HPGLU10.EXE HPZGLU10 will now close.
1. tried uninstalling and reinstalling
2. the manufacturer sent another install cd
3. downloaded install file from HP
same problem, HP seems to think some files are corrupt in my OS -- they
advise: fix the problems with the OS, or upgrade OS to XP...please advise

Google has no hit for your error message, "HPGZGLU10 has caused an error in
HPGLU10.EXE"

Confirm that there are no Marks in Device Manager, esp. for this device, and
the USB systems.
