Expect a helpful return?, hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
thats a good one, all you get is an automated response that said we have recieved your response and we are looking into it

Maybe if we organise a large email bombing (not really bombing) we can get at least a response to my problem.

The problem is that wen I do an update from WindowsUpdate I can't download any of my messages from Yahoo!mail or hotmail. So I got to choose between security or my precious email.

Hi krovax,

I personally never needed to contact Microsoft because whatever problem I had - either I corrected it myself, or it was documented already in Microsoft's Knowledge Base.

But anyway, whatever be your case: goto http://support.microsoft.com
This will give you both - an oppertunity to search for your specific problem in the Knowledge Base, and information about contacting Microsoft in case you don't find your problem already troubleshooted.
