What changes were made to the system just prior to this problem starting?
If only recently have you tried using system restore to roll the system
back to the state it was in before this problem started?

Your problem seems to be native and involving KERNEL32.DLL as well as a
misfunctioning media player
being the major culprit.
You will have to take it from here.
