If the Thumbnail view is missing in the pull-down box of the Standard
Buttons toolbar in Windows Explorer, this seems to fix it:-
Start/Run and then type:-
"regsvr32 /i shell32.dll" (without the quotes).
I had this problem and found the solution after a few minutes searching,
so I've posted it here as it looks to be a fairly common problem with a
difficult to find solution.
