Hello,

after fiddling with some cables in my videocard at the back of my computer
my monitor blanked out.
After restarting I get a green power light, but thats all.
The computer doesnt start anymore, does not give a single beep.
Any ideas? Did I shortcircuit my mobo or worse.....

This should be obvious, but . . . I hope you unplugged the computer, opened
it up, removed the video card (completely) and then reinstalled it.

First rule: Do NOT fiddle with cables when the power is on to the computer.

Ok, ok, you are right.
All cards out now, still no life.
The green powerlight on my mobo (Asus A7N8X de Luxe) is on, so it can't be
completely broken can it?
