Help stop code nightmare

Can anyone please help me on this problem. I have removed all the cards and still wont boot. I have run a check disk no results. Please someone help.

Thanks but waht about the other codes? What are they pointing to? Where could I find this info at?

Chkdisk isn't enough, use the hard drive's diagnostic tools, it should have
come with a disk, if not, check the manufacturer's website for their
diagnostic tools and run them on the drive.

If it appears ok, the problem most likely is the drive is not properly
connected or jumpered assuming XP was on the previous drive and you had no
issues such as this.

Note: if XP was supplied with your PC, it's possible that's the problem as
your version was likely tied to the original hardware and sometimes cannot
be changed. If XP was supplied with your system, you might need to contact
the system builder for help resolving this issue.
