I am looking for a wireless security feature for my access points. I am
told that I can use WEP and there is a feature to have new keys
automatically generated and sent to the clients on a set frequency. I
would prefer this method vs having to change all of the WEP keys on the
clients every month. Can someone point me in the right direction for
this? Thanks

Did they tell you WEP for the new keys or WPA. WPA has a global key which
changes depending on your settings. It is also more secure than WEP.

Go to the Microsoft site and look for a page that explains the different
type of security protocols.

Patrick,

Many access points now support WPA/WPA2 that is more secure that WEP. In WPA
there is a key exchange that automatically takes place between the Access
Point and the wireless client at a customizable interval. This provides an
alternative to WEP where a manual change of the keys is involved.
