msgsrv32 error

Can anyone please help ? I have Windows Me installed. I've done a clean
install . Now I get msgsrv32 errors after computer freezes. I really need
some help .

MSGSRV32 not responding:

Your PC is having problem communicating with your hardware. You say that
you have clean installed Win Me so this would suggest that one or more of
the drivers you installed for your hardware is not working correctly and
that this is causing the freezing you are seeing.

Look at your hardware, especially drivers. When you see that msgsrv32 is
not responding this is normally because it is waiting for a response from
a driver that has possibly crashed. Msgsrv32 is just the messenger, the
problem nearly always lies elsewhere.

And how often is the problem due to a sound driver? (Every other time, he
